FREE Event Hosted by Vice City Ruckers
*This event is on Rain or Shine
Join us for an introductory ruck (about 3 mile walk with a weighted backpack or rucksack) along with some team building activities. Start and end will be at Unseen Creatures. Join us after for some awesome food and games like cornhole, Jenga and beer pong. Each participant 21 or older will receive 1 FREE beer after the event.
If you don’t have a ruck, we have loaner rucks available, just select “Loaner Ruck Needed” to reserve one when you register. All you will need to bring is water.
During this ruck you will learn about the GORUCK community, their events and make some new friends in the process.

* Hydration bladder filled with water (2L minimum)
* Snacks
* Comfortable Shoes
* Comfortable Clothes, (Think workout clothes)
* Ruck Weight (see below)
A good starting weight is 10-20lbs
