Join us tomorrow as we ruck Shark Valley which is about 15 miles, each finisher will receive a special Shark Valley Patch. Please note this is an advanced high mileage event and you should be able to keep a good ruck pace of 13-18 minutes a mile. If you can't make it to this one we will be doing this multiple times a year, the next one will most likely be in the fall.
It will be hot and there are no water refill stations so you are required to bring a minimum of 4 Liters of water along with electrolytes. Also review the rest of the required items list.
There is a $30 entrance fee per car so some of the Broward folks will be carpooling from Plantation Central Park at 7:15AM
If you are in Miami and would like to set up a carpool message us so we can coordinate something.
