Join us for our 3rd Annual Ruck to Abbey Brewing Company's Anniversary Party on South Beach. This is a one way 6 mile ruck from the Parking lot on Collins between 80th and 81st Street. to the Abbey. This means that the end point is at the Abby Brewing Company in South Beach and you are responsible to get back to the start point on your own (walk, uber, free trolly, ruck back etc..) The goal is to get to the Abbey before their party starts at 11am.

Join us on Sunday, June 30th, for the Abbey 24 year anniversary party. Enjoy an open bar from 11AM-12PM, A complimentary Pig Roast, and pub fare, a killer line-up of craft beers, and cocktails, for just $6 each until 5 AM, the next day. Must be 21+ to attend with proper ID.

If you do not want to go all the way down to South Beach you can join us and just turn around at the desired mileage you want to do. For example if you turn around after 2 miles then it will be 2 miles back for a total of 4 miles. You can also just join us for the 11AM party at Abbey.

REQUIRED ITEMS:
* Rucksack, we recommend GORUCK-(http://gear.vicecityruckers.com)
* Reflective band or PT belt on the ruck
* Hydration bladder filled with water (2L minimum)
* Snacks
* Comfortable Shoes
* Comfortable Clothes, (Think workout clothes)

* Ruck Weight (A good starting weight is 10-20lbs)



About Vice City Ruckers
Vice City Ruckers is a South Florida training group and GORUCK ruck club that actively promotes rucking which is a form of social fitness. We usually meet 3-4 times a month and cover anywhere from 3-15 miles.

What is Rucking?

Who can participate?
Anyone! Beginner walkers to ultra-endurance athletes. Rucking is a great social activity for everyone. Please remember to bring water and a comfortable backpack with at least 20 lbs. The weight can be old textbooks, bricks, a dumbbell, or even a weight plate. Be creative
