Warrior Focus 4 - Sunday Ruck

VCR is joining our friends at Focus Movement Acadamey and the Warrior Foundation for a leg of their yearly event the Warrior Focus 4. This is where they run 4 miles ever 4 hours starting July 4th at 12AM for 48 hours. We will be rucking with them during this leg of their event. (8AM-11AM) July 5th
All participants will need to purchase a 4-mile ticket ($20) or make a small donation of their choosing through the Eventbrite link. We will also be giving a VCR patch to anyone that signs up.

REQUIRED ITEMS:
* CDC Approved mask
* Rucksack, we recommend GORUCK - (http://gear.vicecityruckers.com)
* Hydration bladder filled with water (2L minimum)
* Snacks
* Comfortable Shoes
* Comfortable Clothes, (Think workout clothes)
* Ruck Weight; A good starting weight is 10-20lbs
